Well, know you’ll know why I jumped out of sequence for the “S is for Sweet Potato” post – check it out! Thank you to the folks at North Carolina Sweet Potatoes. Paris and I are going to celebrate at the steak house up the street. Sorry H is taking so long, but I have to find a store that sells Haddock! I have the home-smoker ready. Be excited!
